Texas Thunder H.O.G. Chapter is committed to providing you with
the opportunity to "Ride and Have Fun" while enjoying
fellowship with those who have something in common with you, the
desire to ride their Harley-Davidson motorcycle. H.O.G. is
a family oriented organization that emphasizes safety while
providing activities which the entire family can participate in
and enjoy.

The
chapter meeting was held on Thursday, October 2nd. Participation
has been awesome! We are so glad to see so many new faces along
with the faces of members that have not been around in a while.
Lila Gaddy won $90 in the 50/50, and the $25 gift certificates
went to Beverly Sitton, Darla O'Neill, Billy Keith Sitton,
Sherry Randall, and Danny Roland. Congratulations!
Getting
prepared for the Toy Run - we are in need of auction items! We
have several monetary donations and need more auction items from
sponsors. The deadline for the Sponsors to be on the toy run
t-shirt is Thursday 11-6-08. So, if you are collecting from the
sponsors, please have all collections in to Robert Dooley by the
November chapter meeting. Raffle tickets are on sale for the jacket donated by
Texas Thunder. $1/each or $5 for 6 tickets.
The election board
is up at Texas Thunder Harley-Davidson. If you are interested in
becoming an officer, put your name on the board to be an officer
in 2009!
We hope to see
everyone at the pre-BBQ-cook-off party Friday night, 10-3-08 and
at the BBQ cook-off on Saturday, 10-4-08!! Live band, BBQ,
beverages, sales, and more!
